At Aisharel, we aim to provide products that meet your expectations in both quality and design.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return process.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached
- Items must be returned with original packaging (if applicable)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain product quality and hygiene standards, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Worn, washed, or damaged items (unless damaged during shipping and reported promptly)
- Items returned without prior approval
- Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked)
No Exchanges Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size or style, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with the following information:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos (especially if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Return Shipping
- All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse in Zaozhuang, Shandong Province, China
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (including international shipping from the United States to China)
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal)
- Processing time: typically 5–10 business days after inspection
- Additional processing time (up to 14 days) may apply depending on PayPal and your bank
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos. After review, we may offer:
- A full refund
- A partial refund (if applicable)
- Other appropriate resolutions based on the situation
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your PayPal account or bank statement
- Contact your payment provider if necessary
- Reach out to us with your order number for further assistance
Important Notes
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions
- Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items arrive safely and in acceptable condition
- All orders are shipped from China, and all returns must be sent back to China
