Shipping Overview

At Aisharel, operated by Yicheng District Aishang Cai Garment Factory, we are committed to providing reliable shipping with clear and transparent expectations.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our warehouse in Zaozhuang, Shandong Province, China to customers in the United States.

We aim to process and ship orders efficiently while maintaining quality checks for every garment.

Total Delivery Time (Estimated)

From the date your order is placed, the total delivery time is typically 12–30 business days, including:

Processing Time: 2–5 business days
International Shipping Time: 10–25 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier performance, weather conditions, and peak seasons (such as holidays).

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these delivery timeframes.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple and transparent flat-rate shipping:

Free Shipping on orders over $60.00
$5.99 Shipping Fee for orders between $0 – $59.99

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment via PayPal is completed.

Processing Time

Once your PayPal payment is confirmed, orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volumes, processing may take up to 7 business days. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email.

Estimated Shipping & Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped from China:

Standard delivery to the United States typically takes 10–25 business days
Most customers receive their orders within 15–28 calendar days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors that may affect delivery include:

U.S. customs clearance procedures
Shipping carriers (e.g., China Post, ePacket, or other logistics providers)
Weather conditions, public holidays, or peak shipping periods

Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

We ship to most residential and business addresses within the continental United States.

We do not ship to:

U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
Certain remote or restricted areas

If an unsupported address is provided, we will contact you to arrange a solution or issue a full refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please note that tracking updates may not appear in real time during international transit, especially during customs processing.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Customs & Duties

For shipments to the United States, most low-value orders do not incur import duties or taxes.

However, if any customs fees or taxes are applied, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is significantly delayed (more than 30 days after shipment) or appears to be lost:

Contact us with your order number and tracking information
We will investigate with the carrier and keep you updated

If a package is confirmed lost after carrier investigation, we will offer a replacement or full refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
